Good benefit, good pay defended by union.

Cons

Bureaucracy, company politics, no room for growth despite effort to volunteer, sit in, and shadow other roles. P/T status but F/T hours, work/life balance is all BS.

Some parts of the company are more laid back Laptop for home use Mobility policy Some colleagues are nice

Cons

Throw people under the bus culture - ratemyemployer seems far more reflective of my experience than glassdoor Old boys' network (some females from HR) Mobility policy means everyone is "busy' Looks good on the surface, but there is a darker under side to the culture Engagement scores lack integrity
