      -Employee discount for plans. -Discount with vengo. -Medical insurance.

      Cons

      -The ridiculous amount of stress added to work because of covid. -Management requires you to be able to cold call, otherwise they'll compare everyone to the very few that are like the wolf of wall street. -A lot of misinformation going through different channels and customer service reps. -You can spend 10 years at the company and they won't even want to keep your 40% discount for having such mileage in the company. -You have to write essays to warrant an increase in salary.
