Good coworkers and direct leader.

Cons

Changes within the company led to toxic work environment. Upper management had unrealistic expectations and made changes that negatively impacted wages. No longer wanted to focus on the quality of sales but volume. Before positive customer experience was forefront, then became all about new customers and pushing most expensive solutions/products.

Very lousy management HR is super slow TLs are VERY unprofessional TLs have favoritism to the point that they dont value your work anymore. If they don't like you, they will do everything in their power to make you suffer, even though you are doing a great hob work wise, if they don't like you, none of it matters. They take all things very personal (WHICH IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL)
