Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re glad to hear that you value the technical expertise and smart colleagues you work with at T-Systems. Strong collaboration and knowledge across teams are an important part of how we create impact. At the same time, we understand that complex systems and multiple sources of truth can make daily work more challenging. Your feedback is valuable, as it helps us see where clearer structures and simpler ways of working could better support our colleagues. Best regards, Michaela (Telekom Global Careers Team)

Pros

- This depends on the team, but generally there is good life/work balance. - Most of managers isn't toxic and avoids micromanagement. - Locally, in Spain a lot of events 2-3 each month, thanks to PMO guys - Salary is good for Spain

Cons

- Level of AI hysteria: impossible, I have calendar full of AI trainings and webinars. In theory it's skippable, but everyone have personal aim regarding AI maturity, so you know... - Working machines: mostly office Lenovo. In past there was HP ZBooks (aka portable heaters) and Macs (!). But now, due to budget shrinkage these days are gone. Best chance to take over old scratched Mac full of skin residue from colleague who passed away. - Sword of Damocles of layoffs hanging above - Enforcing to use IDE that supports corporate AI mess instead of a one that comfortable for you - Anchor days - you should work 2 days in office even if you have remote contract (sic!). By the way, office can fit only 1/3 of employee and you must book desks. But there are people who don't care for bookings and the can sit on your desk. So, you will need prove your right sit here in a fair fight... - Salary increase: forget it
