      Pros

      located in the center of Barcelona, not too far from the beaches. one may learn from technical issues arising.

      Cons

      non existent management. We were given a lot of promises which were not kept. Moral harassment is tolerated. Very low salaries in comparison to what skills are requested. no social benefits. Working conditions are terrible. it looks like T-Systems Iberia has been left to cope on its own. they speak all the time about transparency and communication, and that is really what is terribly missing. you are really treated like cattle. will definitely not recommend.

      Pros

      Stable no-surprises environment. It is really dificult that you get fired, even when the whole departement is desapearing, they move everyone to another position (which may not suit them at all and makes everything quite inefficient).

      Cons

      Slow, unchallenge environment. It has a kind of public sector no-moving ambiance in which everyone keeps going and you have the feeling you should better not challenge de statu quo.
