This company has a huge reputation in Barcelona. They have correct conditions of work : -localization is good -timeshifts are good -salaries are always paied at time never had a bad surprise. - They give you all the material to work : laptop,pencil,etc
Cons
There are more bad things than good things. - NO TRANSPARENCY ==» the HR departement is a mailbox located in eastern europe if you have any questions. Of course there are some HR in the building but they always gonna redirect you to this general mailbox. Never expect any kind of discurse of them if there is a restructuration or if they sell you positions to a third company. You will be the last to know it...... And they gonna use methods like «oh you have to sign this paper sheet about your transfer right now please think about it» - NO PROGRESSION ==» 99% of the helpdesk agents will stay agents for life. Except a few ones who litteraly accepted to sell their soul to the devil and become a team leader. - TEAM LEADER ==» have a fake job with fake tasks. The most of the time their mane objectiv is to survey a screen where the entire activity of the team is monitorized. They are like a Correctional Officers in a county jail. Why did you take 8 min to go to the bathroom ? Why did you stay so long at the fone with customer ?etc etc.... They litteraly have the power to do almost what they want with the team. Its simple the only thing that interesses the Company are the results ( green screen ) The teamleaders can basically cheat using fake hours extra or faking a meeting and going home or going 2 hours taking a meal outside while the agents have 30 min . They have a system of lie and they always cover each other so that the agents can't do any claim.
