Pros

Benefits package, people are very friendly and liberal, company really works around school schedules, depending on the manager. Also, tuition reimbursement is a nice perk.

Cons

Low hourly pay, especially considering the amount of training, etc, necessary. Also, opening shift hours can be brutal, especially if you're a student- waking up at 4am puts a damper on the rest of the day.

Pros

It's a very fun place to work. Great training...I'll take what I learned there with me and use it to make tasty drinks for the rest of my life. Also, you get a discount on drinks at any Starbucks, ANYWHERE, and a free bag of coffee every week. Good benefits, too.

Cons

Getting up to work at 4:30 in the morning to open, and dealing with the crazy people who NEED their 6 AM cup of coffee kind of sucks.
