A great flexible empoyer

Pros

There’s a great deal of flexibility and trust in my role, which I really value. The perks are excellent, working in the office only two days a week, a policy that even senior management follows, which is refreshing. We are able to finish early in the summer adding to the work-life balance. As a working mum, I truly appreciate these flexibility

Cons

I don't think there are any cons. I feel like the salaries are competitive although I don't know too much about other companies. The work and people are interesting and I have developed my career at Springer Nature.

Stable but stagnant

Pros

Good place to work if you like a stable working environment and not too much change. Work life balance is good and there are genuine efforts to improve things like the gender pay gap and diversity in leadership. Most colleagues are talented and pleasant to work with.

Cons

Senior leadership can be risk averse following the IPO.
