Snack room was decent. It's sad that the snack room is the only pro I can think of.

Cons

Horrible structure. Rude leadership. Moved to different team because, brace yourselves, other people quit unexpectedly. HR was complacent when senior leaders made the place a hostile work environment. Contract was worded in such a vague way that the "bonus" would essentially never have to be paid. Just a real nightmare. I should've quit on my first day when they "asked" me to be in a different team than originally discussed.

If your in management it appears their salaries are very good. I guess this is why the employees haven't seen raises or bonuses for many years

Cons

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The management consistently says one thing but does another. They are disconnected from the employees. People work hard but the financial benefit return is missing.
