Pros

Personal life conciliation as there is no problem to enjoy annual holidays whenever you want.

Cons

Depending on the project, there is a lot of legacy with really old technology. They don't take care of their employees. They basically tell you "if you are not comfortable, maybe this is not a company for you". No promotions at all. No bonuses at all, every month they will tell you : "they will be paid next month" but that never happens . There are problems with the payslip and problems getting the payment, but nobody from HR cares about it. All they sell you is smoke, conditions will not improve and they will do all in their hands to make your laboral conditions worse.

Pros

- High salary compared with local companies - Ticket Restaurant

Cons

- There's a gap between workers and direction. They don't really know who is maintaining their company. - They make decisions like removing remote working without even talking first with their employees. - Even if your manager knows about your good skills and capacities, he doesn't have a word to provide you a promotion. It always falls on a superior boss above your manager who you won't never meet. - HR department keeps bringing people that doesn't raise or even equals the level of the people who left.

Pros

A small bunch of colleagues are good professionals.

Cons

You think you are different, that all the reviews here are just exagerations and that if you start working here it will not happen to you. Please read this very carefully: It will 100% happen to you. If you decide that it just cannot be that bad and start working for Solera, you will remember this review X months from now when you inevitably resign from this sorry excuse of a company. And you will be leaving very unhappy. Not one person that has left this company in the last couple years, and trust me, I know tens of them is leaving like you leave a normal company. Everyone is angry. Awful culture, the top management has zero (0) trust in employees, and that lack of trust is reflected in many different ways, from spying software that tracks the amount of time you are in front of your computer (top mgt receives a weekly report with underperformers every week), to dismissing employees with good knowledge just because. Mid-top management lies to cover their backs and throws reports under the bus whenever something goes wrong. Your bonus will be payed 6+ months after the year closes. One year it was so late that they decided not to pay it and just skip it for the entire company. This has happened. The top management is highly unqualified, and have a painful lack of priorities. There are no processes in place and everything is urgent and the flavor of the month. The only thing in your supervisor's mind at all times will be thinking about when they can leave Solera, and secretly praying that the last interview they did goes well so they can get out of this mad house. They will never tell you this, of course. But one day he/she will leave and a new person will be put in their position. It will not be you. No knowledge transfer will be done. Turnover at every level is unheard of, I wish I could be in front of you right now, I can almost feel you are doubting my words but this is not an exageration. Everyone will leave, new innocent recruits will enter, and eventually leave, and so on. Do not work here. The products are terrible, with old technology held with scotch tape. Our customers dont particularly like us, and Solera seems to be super scared of their customers. Solera is losing market share every year, and their showcase product (Qapter) is not scalable. The average employee has a grey aura around them, usually mediocre at best at what they do.
