      Pros

      It seems good at the beginning in contract but its not. So basically no advantage.

      Cons

      Literally everything. Toxic environment, mobbing, bad salary, micro management, NO BONUS, 50 euro salary raise :D.

      Positions tend to be stable on corporate's end.

      Cons

      Management acts like Regina George (Mean Girls) and will hope EVERYONE does what they say without question, even if they can't use basic Microsoft Office functions. You will never get a raise unless you get promoted, which never happens as they've been silent-hiring since 2021. If you dare to be a competent, educated professional who knows their worth, this company will be an absolute ordeal. Do not work here.
