      - Lack of organization - Legacy projects - They don't trust their employees, tracking software to check what you are doing, websites you visit and so on - It's supposed that there is a bonus, however no one knows about it - Endless hiring process

      Fine salary & good people.

      Cons

      Disaster management: they constantly change the sprint scope several times during the sprint. Projects with high technical debt. Remote working is not possible. Work - life balance completely impossible. They monitor your work with a tracking system because they don’t trust in you.

      Cons

      Old fashioned mentality. C-level and directives think they are doing employees a favor of giving them a job and treat them very bad. If you join Solera, expect no respect, lots of unpaid extra hours, no bonus ( they always try to cheat on this) , no remote work
