Pros

A more relax environment. Have a breakfast bar everyday and beer on Fridays. Open floor plan so it is not intimidating to speak to higher ups. Most departments interact very well. Most leads are happy to help you. The people they hire are usually extremely nice and form bonds outside of work. Great benefits. Pay was good.

Cons

Some management is never available. Constantly in meetings or just never at their desk. I saw managers who just did not want to deal with customers or with employees, you could see the annoyance on their faces. I know sales has a high turn around because they like putting people on performance reviews with 30 days to fix everything or you are gone. T&I who train and set up properties are pressured to set so many properties live that they put them live without proper training. The Service Desk then get the unhappy properties and get blamed if the properties threaten to drop off. Then there is the way each department is treated. Sales can get thousand dollar vacations, T&I regularly get paid lunches, excursions and a raffle where they get gift cards and stuff. Service Desk barely gets anything which was even noticed by the other departments. There is also favoritism from some management and the complete opposite where if you do anything to annoy them or make them angry, they will single an employee out and do what they can to run them off.

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback, I'm sorry to hear your experience wasn't more positive and that you felt Service Desk was not treated as well your peers. We are focused on supporting our staff to develop and grow and in April we are due to launch internal careers fairs to help our people to advance and explore the future their careers with us. I'm sorry this wasn't timely for you, I hope your new opportunity is proving a better fit.

Pros

Great Culture very helpful leadership team who honestly want feedback and care about their employees.

Cons

Pay is far to low for industry standard here in Ireland will probably end up losing many of their more talented ambitious employees due to this.

Thanks so much for taking the time to give us your feedback and I'm glad to hear that you are enjoying working with us. I appreciate your feedback on salary, as you know we are new to the Ireland market and we did an extensive benchmarking exercise to identify a competitive market position before we launched. We will undertake a review of the market again to confirm if we need to move the dial. As standard practise, we review the market data annually to ensure that we pay within the market rates.

Great Products, not a company that wants you to grow.

Pros

Great team culture, great products to work with. Strong market position.

Cons

Limited career progression, top down communication is non-existent. Multiple KPI's make micromanagement inevitable. What starts out as a positive experience becomes very painful quickly.

Thanks for your feedback, you really are on topic! There is a current initiative to overhaul our performance management approach and all KPIs are fair game! The project is called People Growth and Performance, we are piloting with the Global Execs now and expect to launch to everyone in the new financial year. I am also working with my team on an internal Careers Fair to help people navigate the opportunities available to them internally. The plan for this is to help people identify their skills gaps so that they can grow and evolve their careers and find the right training to support their next step. Its due to launch in April.
