Good stepping stone, but would not stay for the long haul
Pros
- Great people in the office - Immediate management have good intentions - Beer Fridays, pool table, fruits & biscuits - Office location is accessible and situated next to the river, ideal for summer
Cons
- The initial upward trajectory of the company's goals felt lost towards the end - Hard to trust the executives of the company when large scale changes are made to tooling & software that provide better graphs for management but poorer UI & responsiveness for the daily drivers in Training/Support/Sales - Many false dawns made and not many promises followed through - A business decision led to a shift in employee change from London to Ireland and thus, made the London office lose a lot of it's personality and culture - Limited career options - No Dev team in EMEA despite EMEA being the biggest region globally for the company
