      Pros

      Nice "playground" that gives employees the illusion they are working in a good place.

      Cons

      I haven't passed the third stage of the recruitment process, as according the Sales Managers ad their feedback I have too strong personality and it may affect the balance of the team.. so Guys if you want to succeed, show them a weak personality, otherwise the managers may feel threatened in their role.

      Multicultural environment is quite nice as well as the effort of the new starter training

      Very bad management, overhiring and not caring about people.

      Pros

      Front line staff are good to work with, friendly and easy going

      Cons

      Management doesn't understand what the staff are doing, doesn't care. Too much politics, it creates a negative working culture. Very limited staff benefit.
