      Cons

      Extremely bad work culture. Especially the new teams who have joined via referrals,from unknown organization with pathetic work culture are indusing very bad work culture and work ethics.

      Great place to work if you don't like to actually work

      Pros

      Most of the people are great, even if they don't do their job all the time. You can get away with not doing your job and when they let you go they give you a nice severance.

      Cons

      Accountability. Traditional processes. Change is slow. "Customer first" is only in relation to their marketing messages, not the actual product and its performance. Lack of skill set utilization. Values, long term goals and mission contradicts most actions.
