      You get to learn a lot

      Cons

      You should be able to asslicking alongside your best performance and skills because the internal politics is so much that they'll make you question your self-worth. Constant layoffs, hikes and promotions are based on favouritism and partiality. Even the projects you get are based on partiality.

      less working pressue, 12 days basic annual holiday, 22 days full paid sick leave

      Cons

      Sales is declining year by year, not to mention the annual salary increase, lay off.... Bonus never paid out to emplyee in 100% these years.
