Good, but not good

Pros

Good salary, good colleagues, good benefits

Cons

As a big company, they do whatever they want without agreement with the employees. The latest, force employees to work 3 days at the office, when most of them are working 2 (2 days were also imposed)

Pros

* as things go in any big company, if you're lucky you can get into a great team. Most of teams, are good, with common frustrations and challenges to deal with. I've never met a toxic aggressive manager, most of the people I've worked with just want to do a good job. * they have different programs to enrich your knowledge (ex. Pluralsight) * they do meetups at the office for different special occasions, and they're always fun - never had a bad experience, only fun! * they have voluntary programs, which helps the local community * amazing QA community, never seen anything like this - proof of great management in the past - now not that many of old management present (fired, or pushed to move on) * great end of the year bonus

Cons

* each year we have record breaking profits, but they stopped promotions, raises, they fired people and told them to start using AI * you will get stuck with pretty much the same salary and position, from day one.(1st year gets you a guaranteed 1% raise, second year between 3%-5%, and pretty much a max of 5% each year) * regarding promotions, I've seen employees of over 8 years that didn't get promoted. My case is the same, a few years in the company, no promotion, mind you every year I get exceptional reviews. So if I didn't get a chance, what chances do the normal performers have? * from my perspective, the way management is handling these things, makes that mediocrity flourishes * team buildings are non-existent, so if you're thinking of going with your team for a day trip to do something special together, better forget about it * they're not part of innovation, but trend seeker * IT team the worst I've ever seen in a company, private DMs seen but not replied, tickets kept open for MONTHS (not exaggerating) * management can be passive towards underperformers, and not repaying exceptional performers. (again mediocrity flourishes here)

Pros

Good salary beside being underpaid on same working role Good working environment Good ideals to trive together and willing to focus on what really matters

Cons

Forcing colleagues to work from office again from 2-3 days a week, refusing to keep current way of hybrid working, year after year salaries are getting stucked beside they increase 3% and this is just not enough, "they know" says one of these comments and they do. The possibilities to work "away" from other places have always been very chaotic to ask, to formalize and to make. After some years the ways of living from their colleagues have changed but they dont even see how much workers have to do for these changes, for some people being back to the office works and for others do not, let them choose. This is the real way to thrive, not telling people you have go as mandatory while their working conditions worsen

We are grateful for your feedback and sorry to know that your experience has not been the most positive so far. We have embraced a hybrid working framework because we are a human-centric organisation and we believe that great things are created when people come together. Face-to-face interactions are also vital for the enhancement of our colleagues' social well-being. At the same time, we continue to encourage our people to take advantage of our flexible working framework which allows them to work and live in over 40 countries worldwide for up to 10 weeks a year promoting work/life balance and refreshing the mind. We hope that we shall continue to get more feedback from you as we keep knocking down barriers for all our colleagues to thrive.
