We would agree with you that Sage is a great company to work for and the passion it has for its history, roots and customers is evident in everything we do. Our colleagues are fantastic too! We are working hard to improve how we identify and promote talent at Sage. The Sage Talent Review recognises high potential talent and helps future stars achieve their ambitions. We also help colleagues develop themselves and all colleagues are encouraged to have a personal development plan to help their managers understand their career ambitions.
