Pros
- Ability to advance your career from an entry level position up to a lead - Pretty good benefits - Always changing / mixing things up trying to get things right (I believe if you're not changing you're not trying to be #1) - Get to work with some talented and good hearted people - Sage cares about helping local communities, charities, our vets and the environment - Pretty good work/life balance - I expect Sage to be in a better place 6 months to a year from now
Cons
- Majority of leadership positions are now out of Lawrenceville or Atlanta (essentially a career limiting factor) - Majority of new and exciting positions are now out of Lawrenceville or Atlanta - Allot of change so if you're not open minded, flexible, & adaptable Sage would be a challenging place to work - Tuition reimbursement policy does not cover technical training, certifications, seminars, etc (difficult to be competitive in this day and age when employees aren't incentivized / supported by their company to obtain the necessary training & skills to accelerate the growth of the company and their careers)
