Pros

Gym on site Free sport lessons Depending on manager's perception you can develop or not The few analyst that still remain from pre-covid are very talented, however don't feel they will stay for long. Some managers are supportive and competent at leading a team, but no more than 20% of the total (being generous)

Cons

Salaries and full benefit package is lower than competency and outdated. HR flags that they do benchmark but when ask for transparency to share results, they have none and put excuses for not sharing. 1 day a week WFH was very good before Covid, now is far from most companies. They sell it as better together but 95% of the meetings are online with the people you sit near in the same office building. When employees asks for career development support HR comes back saying they are too busy to dedicate time for it. It's a fact and can be proved. The only time they highlight relevant online trainings is on the run up to great place to work. Opportunity for development is not based on capability but on if you are liked by your manager. Where managers don’t align with you, they won’t support your progression. This leads to managers who don’t have experience or the right skill set to lead or manage direct reports. Different rules vs company guidelines- these are managed offline depending on which department you work in or who your manager is. Some employees are able to not come to the office in months while others are forced to go even if you really need to stay at home for an specific reason. When employees leave - exit interviews aren’t put in so there isn’t a possibility to give feedback on the issues faced. Not just talking about my own experience but also from other colleagues in the same situation.

We appreciate that you took the time to share your experience. Please know that we have shared your feedback with the appropriate teams and it will be considered as part of our continued assessment of our internal processes. In regards to career development and trainings, while its disappointing to hear that our development opportunities did not meet your expectations, we continue to review and add many offerings for our team members. A few key programs our teams have had the opportunity to participate in this year include Career Development Week sessions, a Key Capabilities Series, Inclusion & Diversity trainings, Operational Excellence and LEAN Champion trainings, as well as opportunities for rotational and cross-functional moves within the company to broaden experiences and on-the-job learning opportunities.

Pros

Great benefits, flexible work schedule.

Cons

Overall, the company is profoundly lacking in a coherent vision for how it should be managed. This results in contradictory policies that makes for a frustrating work experience. For instance, I felt I was valued by my team for the skill set I brought to the job. But then I would attend conference calls on a regular basis in which I was specifically told my skills were not wanted and were not the future, even though I was hired because of these very skills.

Pros

Plenty of hours to work. Clean, generally comfortable work environment.

Cons

SWING SHIFT means flipping between 12 hour days and 12 hour nights every 3 days. Very disorganized and chaotic. Training is virtually non-existent. Consistently very short staffed. High rate of turn over.
