      Pros

      Family company Profit Sharing Decent benefits

      Cons

      Management ignores behavior that should result in termination. Employees start late and leave early with no discipline. Pay raises promised with no action taken over a span for 3 and a half years. Morale deteriorating at an alarming rate.

      Hoping We Can Be Trusted

      Amazing company with so much promise.

      Cons

      Only stay in hopes that maybe enough people will leave and it becomes painful enough where executive leadership can influence the above to trust us. Trust our decisions and trust that if we work from home, we are going to work. We will be more productive, guaranteed. So riddled with non value added work that it slows us down while we try to prove to leadership that we are not trying to take advantage of the system. We will continue to fall behind in everything if we stay the same. So sad to watch this incredible company turn to a dinosaur.

      Pros

      SCJ deeply cares for the planet, customers, AND employees. Great pay. Good benefits. Super nice coworkers. I really love working here, and would suggest SCJ to everyone I know. They care about diversity, inclusion and equity, and have great employee resource groups to support us.

      Cons

      There is no flexibility of working from home as this is an in-person culture. You are only allowed to work from home 1 day/week if you live over a certain distance away. Can be difficult to get IT's help for simple software installs.
