      Strong brands, very disciplined business, very inclusive. The company enjoys very high retention because it truly walks the talk of being family company

      The company is a great place to work for a reason.....it puts people first! The company does great work for the communities where they do business. They give back to brantford in a meaningful way.

      Many employees that have not worked at other companies tend to whine Sometimes slow to deal with poor performers Sometimes management sweats the small stuff too much
