Hostile and toxic environment

Pros

Global exposure, 6 month maternity leave

Cons

Hostile environment. Many associates complained to HR only to experience retaliation from management and only left with a choice to leave. During BLM senior management disregarded associates views to be involve/help and instead experienced racial insensitivity. Again HR did not hold management accountable.

Pros

Very good benefits, beautiful campus

Cons

Sr. Directors completely micromanage employees. No flexibility or ability to work from home. Very defeated work force. Every year it's low profits, poor raises and profit sharing.

Great company if you are looking to slow down

Pros

Flexible work schedule , daycare, and a chance to see your work on shelf

Cons

Training is non existent. I think they should really take more time in developing managers. I believe they could get a lot more out of their employees if management was properly trained on HOW to manage people. People management is NOT project management.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to learn of your frustration and we will pass your comments on to the appropriate team. Our company, like others in our industry, has recently undergone a number of organizational and process changes which led to team changes and headcount reductions. As a result, some areas’ roles are still being ironed out. We understand how that can be challenging. And while difficult, the changes we made are designed to help us become stronger as a company. In fact, the company has invested in and implemented leadership training for people managers and will continue to support programs that develop the skills and abilities of our people through on-the-job training and education and development programs.
