      Pros

      Best thing is the people. Benefits are ok, but worsening by the year.

      Cons

      The list would be a mile long here are the highlights. Extremely poor top and lower management . The leadership vision changes daily , and the moral compass of this once great family company is long gone. HR department is completely incompetent. They treat there employees like a throwaway trash, hence the high turnover rate.

      Good and bad equals average company

      Total compensation, JMBA, Light house resort

      Cons

      It has evolved into a very divided company. Long gone are the days of Fortune 100 best place to work. It is management vs each other/ workers. Every employee survey in recent history comes to the same conclusion. Constant hiring and purging has made for confusion at all levels. If you are joining this company you must understand that this is as good as it gets, tomorrow will be slightly less comfortable. Say yes to everything knowing you will likely only be able to deliver on half of the foggy promises. Everyone comes in fresh faced and ambitious, many turn toxic and spiteful. This is the current culture.

      Worst Company Don't even care for employs concerns and NO WFH.

      Based on below cons, I don't think any other pros.

      Cons

      Worst Work Environment for Health Issue Employees. Worst Work Environment for Younger kids parents. Leadership and HR are old-school and they go with outdated policies. Risks employees by forcing them to come to office even if they have health issues/disability. Worst process of tagging US resource to Leaders/Managers who are in other county and don't have any knowledge of US polices(Huge disconnect).
