Pros

I got to know some great people.

Cons

Probably up there with one of the worst companies to work for. You are merely a number to them - everything they do is a scare tactic to keep you in line. You can be called at the drop of a hat and must be on the aircraft within the hour - no questions asked, no excuses, no respect. Very difficult to live on the money you get the entire year round and I was based in the 2nd largest base. A friend of mine who was a Number 1 (lead crew member) had worked for the company for 7 years and never had a late, never had a sick day, never used all of her holidays. When her father died they insisted she present his death certificate for her to be able to take her own holidays to go to his funeral or she would have a meeting in head office - what a disgrace!! It will cost you a lot of money to do this job and you will come out of it with less money then you started with, trust me.

Pros

-u matter only if you are good at selling products on board -great for young people with no experience in cabin crew field

Cons

-they are obsessed reaching sales target (impossible, stressing, continous brain washing from base supervisors) -you’re only a number, forget being heard -no possibility to choose your base like easyjet -0,001% to get a transfer where u want (italy,Spain,Portugal hard to get) -no travel benefit -you barely survive with junior salary in big cities
