Contempt for their employees.

Pros

Good environment among peers. Very talented devs (many of them gone).

Cons

Their COVID response was disastrous. Even with confirmed cases inside the office they forced (and still do!) everyone to come to the office. When we asked to work from home it was rejected and they only suggested to wash our hands. This dangerous situation they put their employees in forced a great number of developers to leave, so they might be actively hiring to rebuild their teams. Management is obscenely old-school. The IT area is not, and probably will never be, seen as a driver of success, but just a mere support area. Benefits are practically non-existent.

Pros

Nothing. I can't say anything at all.

Cons

Salary Been harassed by my base supervisor and some members of the crew The only important thing is sales, not safety If you call sick more tan 3 times you may have a meeting in Dublin where they will tell you that you always have to be fit to fly and they don't care about how you feel

Pros

Got to know a lot of people and work under the most stressful situations.

Cons

It is in fact, a very well conceived scheme of modern slavery. There is a total disregard and disrespect towards cabin crew and costumers. We are pushed to accomplish sales objectives rather than to enforce safety procedures onboard. Cabin crew are pressured to make sales or otherwise menaced and harassed with relocation to places away from our families. Cabin crew are disrespected towards their rights to mininum rest by crew controles who call before the scheduled time. Management only cares about money...nothing else.
