Pros

Good learning and projects. Hybrid work.

Cons

Toxic and RACISM! there is so much racism in the Poland office. If you are a person of colour and offered a role in wroclaw Poland don’t consider it unless you have no other choice. In the last few months many people of colour were either fired or forced to leave the job through isolation, discrimination and intimidation. The top management in Dublin definitely knows this but does nothing about it.
