Pros

Flexible hours, decent pay for not many hours (but not good enough if you fly many hours there) , exciting, nice passengers

Cons

Negative work environment, working unsocial hours, boeing 737 is an uncomfortable plane especially for crew on longer flights. You will go home exhausted and need days to recover. Some of the crew have a high school bully mentality.

Pros

Staff travel (after 12 months service)

Cons

Very bad management Little to no benefits - 20 days AL (3 must be used for Christmas, no healthcare, no maternity / paternity etc) Culture is terrible and morale within the team was so low they’d rather have everyone leave than address the reasons as to why Very high turnover in head office, and I can see why. I would not recommend it here.

Pros

The company provides discounts for airplane tickets.

Cons

The company sometimes goes too far on cost savings in detriment of its employee's wellbeing.
