      good company to start career in aviation

      Pros

      3 years contract renewable ,5 on 2 off - 5 on 3 off roster ,Huge airline with bases throughout all Europe ,easy job really and lot of fun with collegues on board.

      Cons

      too much pressure for Sales, staff travel system should improve , direct contract with ryanair should be given at end of 3 years service instead of carrying on with agency or at least basic salary for all crew.

      Fun job, great crew, stable roster pattern, made friends for life, can't really think of any other pros for this company

      Cons

      No basic salary, promotion based purely on sales figures, Agency crew struggle to eat in winter months, holidays difficult to get!

      Pros

      I have been working in the commercial department of Ryanair for the past six months. Overall my experience has been positive. My team are extremely helpful and there is always good communication from management. The work is challenging and there are a lot of opportunities to learn and develop new skills. Pros: Good salary and varied work; Good communication; Approachable management and friendly work environment; Great staff travel benefits; Fantastic new offices with great facilities.

      Cons

      Cons: There is no overtime.
