      Pros

      This company is a great fit for you if you are looking to work with a bunch of smart people, who are good at executing at speed, iterating on products and introducing new products and features to market quickly. Management has great clarity on how to capture market share. This company is building something of genuine value and high impact for customers and is laser focused on that mission.

      Cons

      Hyper-growth comes with its challenges - sometimes decisions are made that have to be executed on quickly, and things can slip through the cracks, which can be a little frustrating. For me, not a show stopper though compared with all that is really good about the org. People work hard here and the pace can be quite demanding.

      - Benefits aren't all there but that comes with a growing startup... they'll get better over time - Working across global time-zones has its challenges, but that's the norm with a global workforce - It's a hypergrowth startup. Things will change, there will be more fun days than chaotic days. You know what you signed up for and roll with the punches. If you can thrive in that environment, you'll succeed and enjoy the ride
