Management has great clarity on how to capture market share. This company is building something of genuine value and high impact for customers and is laser focused on that mission.
Cons
Hyper-growth comes with its challenges - sometimes decisions are made that have to be executed on quickly, and things can slip through the cracks, which can be a little frustrating. For me, not a show stopper though compared with all that is really good about the org. People work hard here and the pace can be quite demanding.
