Pros

Nice environment to work in.

Cons

Metric-Based system does not accurately represent performance. It is possible to give a client a great experience over the phone but still fail as it pertains to call quality score.

Pros

Company size results in nice benefits to employees, like remote work and on site health services Lower end positions are paid handsomely, mostly for retention purposes Brand looks great on a resume

Cons

Middle management is too often "managers of people" without product knowledge as opposed to high performing, competent associates that understand the product. Upper management does not, DOES NOT, care about associates. Big picture moves are made with only $ in mind, even when it encroaches on policy contracts.

Pros

Work life benefits are by far the best features. (work from home, retirement, healthcare, childcare, commuter benefits, stock purchase plans, legal services). Not uncommon to see employees in the company for 10 or more years. Fairly generous severance packages for those whose positions were eliminated. It can be a good place to work depending where you land.

Cons

Management only cares about their own self and there is too much politics. Promotions (if you're lucky to get one) is based on favoritism. Some areas are better than others, so it depends where you land. Depts are siloed. leadership Bad Managers in the wrong roles.
