Average pay Slight shallowness to the inclusion ' corporate environment' - they like to do things the keep people thinking it's a family, but it's a job. Not a great paying one. Let me just do my thing and that's it. As a CSR you're the face of the company to customers but you're the lowest pay and deal with angry/distraught individuals daily with no real power to help them.
