Pros

100% Freedom, no pressure. 100 % Flexible work/life balance They do provide some client leads to do business but not enough leads to survive though. A lot of the clients that they provide as leads are existing clients that normally only need help solving service issues. Again, these are very minimum leads not many. You migh get a few brand new leads but not many. Not enough for your monthly production.

Cons

Everyone is way too independent and not very helpful. Very poor training program, I won't recomend this to anyone who needs a consistent monthly income. This job is mostly for a college graduaded kid that has no financial pressure or for someone that has been in the business for many years and has a lot of old clients from previous employers. Getting started is when challenges starts. You have to be after everyone to get your process started as they have no rush to get you running. If you have a question while working or you need assistance, good luck sending an email or calling someone. People don't reply to your emails, neither they return your calls. From getting your finger prints to phone access, system access and business cards, you better push because it could be easily 6 months before you are up and running. They are NOT in a rush. Also there is no time guidance or any other type of guidance for you to become a successful Avisor. They do provide some allowance money not a salary. Overall, if I was you, I would try to find another job.

Pros

You don’t have to work that hard and the pay is good.

Cons

Boring. IT is stuck in the early 2000’s. Waterfall is the in methodology Automated testing is non existent Way too political and no one really wants to just get it done. Senior management does not know what they are doing. Awful. Constant layoffs - the amount of times I had to lay people off over the years is unbelievable. Fake technologists running things in corporate technology areas.

Pros

Brand recognition , FINRA Licenses

Cons

Manager is dishonest, Promised unlimited leads by MD in interview and shocked by the amount of leads actually given. Managing Director has reviews online that she was unethical. Wealth Management doesn’t compare to wire houses.
