One of the few companies to still supply a pension Allow for hybrid work

Cons

Terrible senior leadership. There is no real growth strategy--just smoke and mirrors. Employee morale is at an all time low. It is a sinking ship.

There leads are generated through fake book offering $900.00 Food card to seniors , $6200.00 Stimulus check, Flex Card, The Guides do not qualify them prior to transfering them to an agent. In fact they have no idea they are being transfered to a licensed Medicare Agent! Most of them don't even have medicare,
