      Not much trainining.. pretty much thrown out there.

      Pros

      Good benefits, good perks, good yearly bonuses. Nice people, good cafeteria food. Employees are pretty much happy because they are paid well.

      Cons

      Too many layoffs. There is a mass layoff every quarter. Management could use more leadership training classes. Company is stuck doing things the old way. The culture is old fashion mainly because there is old leadership who do not like young people's creative ideas.

      Pros

      There really aren't very many pros to working at this company.

      Cons

      They did not provide me with the full actual compensation schedule until AFTER I signed the contract paperwork; if you leave they try to withhold your commissions and earnings for 14 weeks, so they can make it work out that you OWE THEM money. This is a horrible company for which to work!
