Pros

Prudential provides good benefits but cost for health insurance has been going up. They provide matching 401k up to 3-4% and you can buy employee stock at discount price each quarter.

Cons

Management says they are now different and want to hear from employees. However, same old tune. They say what you want to hear but nothing happens. Interesting that management has life work balance but their employees are expected to work past their normal hours as well as weekends. Notice that management is known to gossip about other employees which should be a red flag.

Pros

The benefits are ok, onsite gym and nurse at most locations

Cons

Most of the offices are extremely anti-social, and environment can best be described as uncollaborative. Most people will keep their head down for a standard 9-5 working situation in which you will probably never meet any other people outside of your core team. Fairly cut-throat as everyone is expected to be 'Pru-nice' but are actively competing to get ahead, or for face time, or to manage expectations upward. Bonuses tend to be small; with the exception being PGIM - whose pool is extremely large relative to other divisions. Avoid Group Insurance, and the Roseland buildings, at all costs if possible….
