Pros

Available overtime, and the position paid well

Cons

Disorganized and frustrating to work with. Would promise gift cards and bonuses but not deliver. Make sure you read your hire contract carefully

Beware

Business Outlook

Pros

Paid hourly, benefits, that’s it

Cons

Computer issues, dropped calls, misleading information, micromanage, “inbound” calls are guides calling people and transferring to you. Guides give incorrect information. IT Dept is rude but then again they are bombarded with requests due to the faulty equipment. You are stuck on a computer that doesn’t even work properly

Awful leadership

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Benefits, talent, employment opportunities, collaboration

Cons

Awful decision making structure, no internal communication. No accountability for leadership, especially at product level. No work-life balance. Business leadership creates absolutely unnecessary fire drills and inconsistencies for everyone working for the product (actuarial, finance, business).
