Pros

None, if you work there get everything in writing before you are hired. They do not keep their word on any promises made.

Cons

Poor management. Made promises about a yearly review it never happened. Was promised pandemic pay and I never received it. I was told the company has no money by a manager. I would not recommend investing in this company.

Pros

collegiate and team building environment; risk management culture very strong and sales has a large say in fostering new business development opportunities.

Cons

driven by dividend stock mentality rather than growth mentality; needs to innovate more to stay relevant. M&A and strategic planning needs to improve for transformation to succeed. Digital investments need more accountability to drive impact on revenues than purely for cost savings .

Pros

Work Life balance, work from home, flexible, paid daily, Assurance pays for leads, appointments, small chargeback window.

Cons

I guess you could say having to pay for your own state licenses, but again, as an independent agent, thats not news, its expected. I guess commission only can be intimidating.
