Pros

Some good people that work there

Cons

When you get a review -you could be working 3 jobs -they will give you an average rating after listing all the goals you have achieved on top of doing 3 jobs. Management is terrible. You have to really be a brown noser to move up and be male. No promotions I saw and they are looking to outsource so there is no stability. No talent mobilityI had 20 job submissions and only 5 gave me an interview. It’s a disgrace
