Great Company But Transformation is Confusing

Direct supervisors/managers are excellent. Good benefits The company goes above and beyond for diversity/inclusion.

Cons

Too bureaucratic. The company has tried to cut down on this through VSP programs. The "transformation" is in theory an excellent idea and clearly executive management wants to position the company for growth in the stock price but the rollout has been too confusing and seems only focused on cost cutting rather than new idea generation, which is the point of "transformation."
