Pros

Nice people to work with, good commission for brand new agent and good hourly pay, great benefits as well, great AEP extra incentives for W2 employees

Cons

no 401k matching, no sick time, but has PTO available, but when you dont have enough PTO and get sick you get attendance points and if you are wanting to transition to their 1099 contract job they want you to work until the end of the current month or you wont be eligible. Im currently working from home and has flu including my 3 young kids but since i dont have enough PTO if i resigned early they wont let me transition to 1099, if i miss work then i get fire.

Pros

When I landed at Prudential, I found my home. I have done better here than any other company I’ve worked for. They are supportive, inclusive and champion diversity. They build you up for success and there are lots of opportunities to grow, personally and professionally. I am not micromanaged which motivates me to always be my best. They are centered on the clients by being centered on their people.

Cons

Technology. Does any insurance company do this well? Being systems into the 21st century. And stop outsourcing call centers offshore.

Pros

Good perks, decent pay for a call center.

Cons

Terrible training. Terrible support when finally through training. They rely strictly on chat for assistance and managers tell you to “reach out to a senior res presentation” for help. When I’m reality those representatives have no incentive to help you, so why would they. You’re stuck on calls waiting for assistance and never receive a response. If you do. The call is already over by then. Everyone has a different understanding of product. Ask 5 different senior reps a question, you will get 5 different answers. Lack of adequate training and support makes this job a nightmare unfortunately. No help line for support. Just chat.
