Pay was good, but that's the only pro I can think of.

Cons

Oh boy where do I start. I was with Pru for 1 year and had the most miserable time of my life. It threw me into depression due to the toxic work environment. Co workers will take credit for junior teammates work and get praised by management for it. Team dynamic is absolutely disfunction, snakes all around. Would recommend as last ditch resort.
