Pros

Good benefits, many business resource groups.

Cons

Culture sure has changed since I started. Employee concern isn’t what it used to be.

Pros

Prudential offers a good benefits package, great vacation time and work-from-home opportunities.

Cons

The work culture at Prudential was depraved. It was common for people to have excess liquor at lunch. Extramarital affairs between staff members occurred. Female executives were known to speak to and touch younger male associates in aggressive and inappropriate ways.

Pros

I can't think of any pros

Cons

- Very, very subpar pay. Bonus is a complete joke. - Favoritism - Projects are assigned to people they like, not those who are most qualified to do the job. When I mentioned this to my manager, my concerns were immediately disregarded. - Terrible culture - it was to the point when I didn't even want to speak at team meetings b/c I was berated by my manager when I spoke during a meeting without her "approval" - Zero to extremely low chance at promotion
