Pros

Remote, pay is decent, weekends/holidays off, perks, extensive 12 week training.

Cons

Limited opportunities for growth. High-stress environment with a constant feeling of inadequacy. Heavy call volume, averaging 60-80 calls per day. Issues with offshore representatives, leading to increased job difficulties. Lack of support for employee well-being. Repetitive, intense training cycles due to high turnover and unmet service levels. Negative impact on mental health. Having worked in three different call centers, I found Prudential to be the most challenging, both in terms of customer interactions and the work environment. While this might suit some personalities, I personally wouldn’t recommend working here.

Pros

The people are generally nice and easy to work with.

Cons

The work is busy work and not meaningful. If you stay too long you will have a hard time adjusting to an environment where you are actually expected to do something that requires you to use your brain besides format decks for management.
