Pros

Huge company that provides opportunities to try out different roles as your grow and develop without having to change companies

Cons

The landscape and culture has shifted over the last year or two as Market Competitiveness program has eliminated roles as expense cutting has become a priority. Ensure you fully vet your future management team and understand the challenges and opportunities before accepting any role. While I have had wonderful managers, I also have had some passive aggressive ones that never had my best interest (personally and professionally) in mind.
