Pros

Very smart and dedicated people who truly believe in serving the customer. Solid benefits, decent pay.

Cons

Organizational fatigue has set in with wave after wave of cost cutting initiatives. The same executives who made the decisions that have resulted in lower growth and higher expenses are now the ones who are attempting to make the changes. In addition, changes to the C-suite are coming which will set off another round of instability on top of everything else. No accountability. Prudential had to right-off a huge poorly thought out acquisition and not one person lost their job.

Pros

Established company with a good pay scale

Cons

Massive cost cutting has reduced staffing dramatically. Leadership is in disarray and immersed in power struggles. Technology is now driving operations resulting in poor outcomes.
