Flexible work arrangements such as working from home 1 day per week is generally permitted. Good benefits, Good working environment. Partial tuition reimbursement is available. Not uncommon to see employees in the company for 10 or more years. Fairly generous severance packages for those who positions are eliminated.

Cons

Restructuring/Reorgs have become frequent in the past few years. Highly recommend to take advantage of resources offered in order to remain competitive both inside and outside of the company.

- Best work/life balance in financial industry - People are nice - Organization puts emphasis on developing talent

Cons

- Large Organization = Highly Bureaucratic - Analyst program goes for 3yrs. No job security after that - Most people live in NY but receive NJ pay

micro managed, don't look at the whole picture, basically forced into working overtime rude managers
