Do not work for Prudential as a Financial Professionals

Brand recognition. The company has been are around for more than a century. Many people have heard of the company.

Cons

Prudential does not have a good training program. It is very political. The only Financial Professionals that get recognized are the top 200. These people have more than 10 years and the company is political. They hate African Americans Financial Professional Michigan is the worst!!! If you want to be poor and frustrated then work for Prudential. It is tough to survive even if you are an experienced Financial Professional. The managers have no Business Ethics

Pros

Excellent benefits, professional atmosphere. Helpful people and personal accountability. Cons. Good work life balance (work from home ability, vacation time, on site daycare, etc)

Cons

Mostly big corporate stuff. Cliques, secrets, may sometimes feel like a machine cog, silo atmosphere at times. Chance at poor local management. A lot of outsourcing occurring over the last 5 years in all business segments (Individual Life, Group Insurance, Annuities).
